Boil water in a frying pan that you have already spread with oil and salt. Boil the dried lasagna for about 10 minutes until it is tender. Next, heat your oven up to 180°C. And then, to make the meat sauce, fried onions and garlic till they smell good. Put in grilled beef and mix well until the color of the meat is changing. Add water, tomato pasta and tomatoes. Let the water boil. Drizzle enough salt, sugar, basil, oregano and pepper. Use small fire and let the water dense. For the cheese sauce, melt butter and mix it with flour.
