Sauce less Lasagna
This recipe sounds interesting. When we go to think about lasagna, we will see a dish full of sauce. Yet, this recipe is worth to try. Prepare zucchini and slice it, chopped red onion, shredded mozzarella cheese, crumbled feta cheese, Portobello mushrooms, baby spinach, basil, chopped fresh oregano, minced garlic, olive oil, balsamic vinegar, sugar and salt for taste, ground black pepper, no-boil lasagna noodle, and also tomatoes.
Preheat the oven, and coat the baking dish. Mix all the ingredients in a large mixing bowl. The mushrooms, garlic, red onion, spinach, zucchini, cheese, mozzarella, and the feta cheese. Then drizzle it with balsamic vinegar and olive oil, stir with oregano, salt, sugar, and pepper. Mix it until it is blended. Place a layer of the lasagna noodles into the pan, and spread the tomatoes on it, then add with the vegetable mix we have before. Repeat the steps until it reaches the number of layers you want. To make this lasagna, prepare 20 lasagna noodles, chopped fresh mushrooms, olive oil, minced garlic, onion, grated Romano cheese, ricotta cheese, dried oregano, dried basil, salt, ground black pepper, an egg, Parmesan cheese, mozzarella cheese, and tomato pasta sauce. Preheat the oven, and prepare a large pot to cook the lasagna. Cook for 10 minutes only, to get the al dente noodle. In another pan, make a mixture consists of mushrooms, garlic, and onions. Cook it in medium heat with olive oil. After it is tender, cool it. Then boil spinach for 5 minutes, drain it. You can squeeze it, and then chop the spinach. In as separated bowl, mix the ricotta cheese, spinach, Romano cheese, oregano, salt, pepper, basil, and egg. Add the mixture with mushroom mixture, the beat it with mixer on low speed for a minute. It is ready. Lay the noodles to the baking dish, and spread the mixture. Repeat the steps until you get five layers. Top the whole lasagna with mozzarella cheese and Parmesan cheese. Cover with aluminum foil to keep the lasagna moist and heat it for an hour.
