Caramelized Banana Pudding Cake
1/2 cup of dairy-free butter (125ml)
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
2 medium-size eggs 2 1/2 cups self-raising white flour
1/2 tsp cinnamon powder
1/2 tbs baking powder
1/2 tsp allspice powder
4 large bananas
3 crushed for cake mix
(1 for topping)
Whisk eggs and sugar until fluffy add all other ingredients and mix Smooth.
Pour into Butter lined baking tin
Bake for 50 mins at 175o
When baked, leave to rest for 30mins and serve with preferred ice cream, custard, cream, or just a cup of tea/coffee.
