Chocolate Coconut Banana Bread
2 cups oat flour
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/2 cup cocoa powder
1.5 scoops chocolate protein powder
4 small bananas mashed
1 cup almond milk
Sugar to taste (I ran out but recommend 1/3 cup sugar)
In a medium bowl, whisk together the egg, milk, and bananas. Add in the dry ingredients and mix until even. You can add extra milk as needed.
Top with shredded coconut and bake at 350 F for 30 mins
