Coney Dogs: Prep. Time: 30 minutes & Cooking Time: 2–3 hours, Ideal slow-cooker size: 3-qt.
Ingredients:
¾ lb. ground beef
⅓ cup diced onion
1 clove garlic, minced
3 tsp. chili powder
2 tsp. mustard
6 oz. tomato sauce
¾ cup of water
4–5 hot dogs
Instruction:
1. Brown beef, onion, and garlic. Place into a greased slow cooker.
2. Add the rest of the ingredients except hot dogs and mix well.
3. Add hot dogs on top and heat for 2–3 hours on Low.
4. Serve in hot dog buns.
