– 1.5 / 2 lemongrass stalks (depending on size)
– 3 cloves of garlic
– 2 tablespoons of oyster sauce
– 2 tablespoons of Nuoc Man
– 2 teaspoons of thick soy
– 2 teaspoons of sugar
