S’mores Frappuccino: Avoid the line at the crowded coffee house—this recipe will cost less than half of what you’ll pay for your go-to fancy Frappuccino. (And it tastes better as well!) Yields: 1 (12-ounce) glass
1⁄4 cup hot espresso
4 teaspoons sugar
1 tablespoon cocoa powder
1⁄4 cup Marshmallow Fluff
1⁄3 cup milk
2 cups crushed ice
Whipped cream, to top
Graham cracker crumbs, to top
1. Combine the espresso, sugar, and cocoa in a blender and pulse for 10 seconds. Add Marshmallow Fluff and pulse an additional 20 seconds. Add the milk and ice and blend well.
2. Pour into a glass, then top with whipped cream, graham cracker crumbs, and syrup, if desired.
Result: S’mores Frappuccino
